• What style is Stockbridge's Cheesecake?
  Stockbridge's cheesecake is unique. Chef Brian has created the ultimate New York style cheesecake with a fine dusting of graham crackers for a crust. It is light, melts on your palate, and should be savored. We offer over 40 flavors as well as a variety of shapes and sizes. Take a peek at our delectables in our gallery section.
• Do you make sugar-free / dietetic, low-carb, or organic cheesecakes?
  YES! Stockbridge's is pleased to offer dietetic, low-carb, and organic versions of our delicious cheesecakes, in any of our available sizes. Dietetic cheesecakes are offered in the following flavors: New York, lime, lemon, amaretto, marble, and chocolate. Prices are increased due to the higher cost of specialty ingredients used.
• How long will my cheesecake last?
  Our cheesecakes will stay fresh in the refrigerator for approximately
  1 1/2 to 2 weeks. They may also be frozen for up to a year and then thawed on your kitchen counter!
• Do your cheesecakes come pre-sliced?
  Stockbridge's provides a small piece of fishing line to cut your cheesecake. Simply wrap the two ends around your fingers, pull the line taut and through the cake. Once you hit the bottom, pull the line through one end of the cake. Repeat to make wedges. You may also choose to have us pre-slice a cake for you into: 12, 14, 16, or 18 pieces.
• How should I serve my cheesecake?
  Our chef recommends serving the cheesecake at room temperature.
• What other specialty items do you offer?
  Stockbridge's Cheesecakes and Delectables also specializes in cakes, cookies, scones as well as mini cheesecakes and bite size cheesecake platters. Your special creation is planned with careful attention to detail and taste: anniversaries, birthdays, corporate gifts and functions, bar and bat mitzvahs, wedding and baby showers, etc.!
• How can I place an order?
  You may place an order via telephone 203-924-7853, toll free 877-546-CAKE, or by visiting us in person. At this time we can not accept faxed or e-mailed orders. PLEASE PLACE ORDERS AT LEAST 24-48 HOURS IN ADVANCE. All of our products are BAKED TO ORDER to ensure the utmost in freshness!
• Do you deliver?
  Delivery is offered for wedding cakes or large quantity orders. An additional charge may be required - please contact us to discuss how we may accommodate you.
