Stockbridge’s Gourmet Cheesecakes emerged from the collective interests of Brian and Lisa Stockbridge. After earning his culinary degree from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York, Brian went to work for several major restaurants, hotels and other famous eateries. During this time, he developed a passion for baking and reinventing classic dessert recipes. Not originally a fan of cheesecake, Brian took on the challenge of reinventing the classic cheesecake into something he himself would enjoy. His sweet success soon became his signature item and the object of much attention in the culinary community.
Lisa’s talents include impeccable cake decoration and insatiable creativity for making everyday dessert items into works of art. Plus, her aptitude for running the business made an industry venture possible. Before long, the winning combination gave birth to Stockbridge’s Gourmet Cheesecakes and Delectables.
